Exercise, but gently at first, walk, yoga, easy bike ride for 20-30 min a day, 2-3 times a week. Exercise in the sun, in the late afternoon if possible, then within the hour have your dinner (with some carbs as the good dr. suggests). Never exercise in the morning as your cortisol is already elevated, you shouldn't spike it higher.
